2. Returns

  • You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • You will need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase with the return.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
  • You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

4. Shipping

  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund.

5. Exchanges

  • If the item you purchased is defective or damaged, we may offer an exchange. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item to arrange this.
  • Items can only be exchanged for the same item, and not for a different product.
